Is there a Difference?
The answer is clearly YES. Whilst a Raw Vegan diet is mostly High Vibrational there are some foods which the Raw Vegan Diet permits you to eat that I have been shown are not H.V. An example of this could be commercial peanut butter, because of the processing and additives it is said to be less than High Vibrational. Pure juices are another example, if sold in glass that would be considered more Vibrational than one sold in a carton but not as High in Vibration as freshly squeezed juice. Dried fruit is often used in the Raw Vegan Diet, but due to the additives or even the oil it is not considered High Vibrational.
This could be seen as purely splitting hairs and in one way it is, but what we all need to do is look at why we are on either Raw or H.V.E. we need to look at what is not only right for us personally, but what is also achievable.
Will it lessen the ascension of your spiritual body if you stick with Raw? It probably will, HOWEVER, whether it would lessen it to a noticeable degree is debatable and not worth arguing about. What we need to focus on is that even the Raw Vegan Diet is going to make a massive change to your body, mind AND SPIRIT. It is certainly NOT less than the H.V.F’s simply because there is such an overlap. For this reason, you will see that I include many videos on Raw Eating, because I value it.
For me personally, I know that I am required to eat the H.V. way as much as possible, but there are times when it is not possible, for example; naturally dried fruit, that is fruit dried in the sun with NO additives and no oil added to them is very limited, it can be expensive and not always easy to come by and for this reason, I do what I can but try to stay ATLEAST on the Raw Vegan Diet. There are times I get it wrong, there are times I choose to eat something that I call dead based on its low vibration, especially if I am at someone else’s home, but ultimately I know that I need to continually work towards perfecting my diet to be purely High Vibrational.

Whether we like it or not, we all have a spiritual, electro-magnetic body, we all have a spiritual anatomy just like we have a physical anatomy.
The anatomy of the spirit is made up of an electro-magnetic field which connects us with the rest of the universe, the power centres that feed the body are situated throughout the spiritual body, and its centres, or power packs are called chakras; for many, there are seven main chakras, although it is said that there are also, several minor chakras; one way to view the chakras and our spiritual body is to look at the galaxy. The stars could represent the minor chakras, the planets could represent the major chakras whilst the sun could represent the creative electro-magnetic force which flows through all life. Individually, they are all separate parts, they could be seen as microcosms within themselves, but when seen as part of the whole, suddenly, the microcosms become macrocosms in a mutually co-dependant, but synergistic relationship. I tend to use the nine major chakra theory which is more prevalent I believe in the South Americas and are divided into Sky and Earth chakras.
Within our spiritual anatomy, we all have what is called a Luminous Anatomy, which not only includes the chakras but also the Acupuncture Meridians. The chakras are usually seen as swirling or spinning discs of energy, although some like to view them as flowers, predominantly, lotuses. In Sanskrit, the word hakra means wheel, a wheel that spins, a mini wheel of life.
It is said that our chakras are linked to our spine and Central Nervous System and protrude three to four inches outside of our body and into our Luminous Energy Field otherwise known as our Aura. Our chakras spin clockwise and each has its own frequency that we perceive as one of the colours of the rainbow; these colours and frequencies are to-do with how we vibrate as an individual which is all linked into how we live our lives and what we think and feed our physical and spiritual body. The chakras on a new born are said to display their true colours, it is as we grow up that the colours can become dull, or even change due to the trauma and loss in our lives. As a result, toxic waste and residue can be left behind in our chakras, inhibiting how they spin and the speed in which they spin which has a direct affect upon our well-being.
As our chakras are said to inform our DNA, this can then cause physical, emotional or psychological issues to arise. Universal Energy nourishes our Luminous Energy Field, which then attempts to feed our chakras, but with toxic waste and residue collecting in them, they are sometimes, unable to receive that which they need. This in turn can create an imbalance within our chakras, which in turn can create an imbalance within our body.
As chakras work on frequency, the frequency they transmit to our DNA may potentially be that which will manifest itself in the physical as sickness and / or disease; this is why it is vital that we correct our poor eating habits.
If you were to scatter a thousand magnetic filings on a table, they will be perceived as magnetic filings. If you use a magnet in the shape of a body underneath the table, they will draw the magnetic filings into the form of a body. The magnetic filings, all individually vibrating at their own frequency, have been sent a message to join together if you like, to form something different.
And so it is with our bodies. We all vibrate at a certain frequency, our Luminous Energy Field can be seen as the individual filings, our chakras can be seen as the magnet which sends the message, and our physical body etc forms into whatever message has been sent.
We look at our bodies and think this is the real form, a body, the whole, when in actual fact, it is not, it is a sum of its parts. We are actually like the magnetic filings, made of tiny pieces, which have been drawn together into something bigger and more solid by vibration, frequency and light.
Vibration and frequency form all living matter in the Universe. When our Luminous Energy Field is not able to feed our chakras, we change the vibration on which our body is working, the result being imbalances such as disease and sickness etc. If we can clear our chakras and re-nourish them so that they can and do spin as they should, we can remove a lot of the unnecessary imbalances in our lives. To clear and re-nourish our chakras, we need to deal with our psychological and emotional stuff and ensure we switch to a diet that supports our spiritual body as well as our physical body.
The chakras are said to extend luminous threads that reach beyond the body, connecting us with trees, rivers, people and all other living things which reflects our interconnectedness, yet, our chakras are coupled to our bodies for only a short while. At death, they withdraw from the physical body to rejoin the eighth chakra before continuing on the Spirit journey. Below is a list of the Major Chakras as described by Dr Alberto Villoldo in his book, Shaman, Healer, Sage.
The five lower chakras, from the root to the throat, are nourished primarily by the Earth, by our Mother and like our organs, they all have there own function. The first and second chakras digest emotional energies and can turn physical and emotional traumas into power and light. The lower chakras return all the heavy energies that they were not able to digest, to the Earth. If the root chakra is disconnected from our Earth Mother, the lower chakras are unable to discharge or expel emotional waste. These wastes turn into toxic sludge that build up in the chakras and causes dis-ease of body, mind and spirit.
The Five Earth Chakras Include:
Name: Root or Base Chakra
Location: Base of spine, between the genitals and the anus
Use: Elimination, survival, safety, chronic fatigue, pro-creation, abundance, violence
Name: Sacral Chakra
Location: Between the navel and the pubic bone
Use: Digestion, kidneys, sexual potency, back pain, money, power, family, compassion, fear
Name: Solar Plexus Chakra
Location: Between the navel and the diaphragm
Use: Courage, power, stomach, gastro-intestinal, liver, self-expression, autonomy, sorrow, pride, anxiety
Name: Heart Chakra
Location: Centre of the Chest
Use: Circulatory, heart, breast, lungs, asthma, forgiveness, love, resentment, grief, compassion
Name: Throat Chakra
Location: Front of the Throat
Use: Throat, mouth, neck, personal power, self-expression, addictions, faith
The sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth chakras are nourished primarily by the Sky energies, a more subtle energy and once again, each chakra has its own function. Their primary function is the development of the transpersonal. The Sky Chakras are supported by the Earth Chakras, just as a tree is supported by its roots, they are not separate parts but different parts that work collectively. The Sky Chakras hold attributes that are sometimes hard to understand and although some of their attributes may seem to be the same, there is a subtle difference, somewhat like the love you have for your parent as opposed to the love you have for your spouse. It is the same love but each offers a very different experience.
The Four Sky Chakras Include:
Name: Brow or Third Eye
Location: Just above the eye brows in the centre
Use: Brain, eyes, truth, intelligence, enlightenment, delusion, depression, stress
Location: Top of the head at the crown
Colour: Violet (some say white)
Use: Universal ethics, wisdom, brain, illumination, psychosis
Name: Wiracoche (South American Tradition, pronounced – viracosher)
Location: Above the physical body but still in the Auric field
Use: Timelessness, transcendence, cosmic horror, templates of disease
Name: Dwelling place of Spirit (God)
Location: Higher than the Wiracoche, reaching out and beyond
Colour: Translucent white light
Use: Infinity, liberation
Different belief systems may have slightly different colors, or names, but they are pretty much the same all round. There are actually, a lot more uses for each of the chakras than what I have included. It is through the understanding of chakras and their associated issues, that we are able to facilitate a deeper healing.

Our chakra system has many colours and it is no co-incidence that those same colours are seen in a Rainbow, I have been shown that we should eat the colours of a Rainbow, and that the colour of the food we eat corresponds to the chakra of that same colour. So if we want to boost our Root Chakra, we need to eat red foods such as red apples, red peppers, tomatoes etc, if we want to boost our Heart Chakra, we need to eat green foods such as cucumber, green apples, grapes, lettuce etc, and so on and so forth. Just like the Rainbow, we have the same coloured foods that can be eaten Raw with a multitude of colours in-between.
A rainbow is a meteorological phenomenon that is caused by reflection, refraction and dispersion of light in water droplets resulting in a spectrum of light appearing in the sky. It takes the form of a multicoloured arc. Rainbows caused by sunlight always appear in the section of sky directly opposite the sun.
Rainbows can be full circles; however, the average observer sees only an arc formed by illuminated droplets above the ground and centred on a line from the sun to the observer’s eye. In a primary rainbow, the arc shows red on the outer part and violet on the inner side.
Just like the rainbow, our own rainbow, our own Chakra System is a spiritual phenomenon that is also caused by reflection, refraction and dispersion of light that flows through our Crown Chakra into our body which is high in water content, resulting in the spectrum of light appearing from our chakras and into our Luminous Energy Field or Aura.

High Vibrational Eating (HVE) is a way of life, if you are unhealthy, or sick, you may need to build up to HVE by switching one of your meals per day for a month or so, then increase it to two meals a day.
Please Consult Your Doctor – To ensure you are healthy enough to follow this program ie: If you have Diabetes, you may need monitoring, or if you are on medications, it may require you to eat more often etc.
Please Remember – You need to enjoy your food so be creative.
Note – Depending on your current diet, when you commence HVE you may experience loose stools for a couple of days or so, this will settle down, it is simply your bodies way of clearing out and adjusting to its new healthier eating!
Suggestion – Commit to going fully raw for one month, after that, if you find you truly can’t manage 100% Raw 100% of the time don’t despair; many people maintain their HV eating habits at a rate of 80/20 meaning 80% of each meal is HV and 20% is either medium or low vibrational. Others use a 90/10 ratio. It is about finding what is right for you and manageable – 80% is better than 0%! You will be amazed at what a difference a raw diet makes.
So what IS High Vibrational Eating?
HVE is a natural method of eating, one that our ancestors would have followed and certainly one that is reflected in Genesis. HVE activates the body’s natural ability to heal itself through (preferably) organic, vegetarian, vegan foods that are consumed in their raw state. HVE avoids added sugars, salt, animal proteins, artificial additives, colourings, flavourings and processed foods. I say organic simply because they lack (hopefully) the chemical sprays that non-organic foods have been sprayed with. Organic foods are more expensive, so if you cannot afford them, simply wash your foods THOROUGHLY perhaps peel what you can to remove the contaminated parts; although this may not be perfect, it is far better than not following the HVE method at all.
HVE takes a holistic approach to our body, working on a physical, mental, emotional AND spiritual level whilst activating your body’s immune system and cleansing toxic wastes naturally. You will find that whilst on HV foods, your body will naturally cleanse itself without strain and without any need for laxatives.
HVE is NOT about curing ailments, (but that is sometimes a side-effect); it does not proclaim to cure or heal, its focus is about bringing a natural balance, a homeostasis in body, mind and spirit where all parts of us return to a natural state, a balanced state, that in itself can bring health and wholeness.
HVE will assist many degenerative diseases as many degenerative diseases are due to toxicity and nutritional deficiency.
HVE is designed to offer a simple approach to food and eating, offering a much higher amount of enzymes, minerals and other nutrients which not only feed and stimulate the body which can then break down disease more easily, but also feed the mind and raise your rate of vibration which IS important for your spiritual walk.
The cleaner your body becomes, the easier it will find it to resist infection and deal with disease. We keep our body full of toxins and wonder why it is unable to resist disease! Daily we subject our body to pollutants, some of which are carcinogens. The HVE method is an intensive detoxification regime, eliminating toxins naturally so that the body can start to repair itself.
HVE is NOT an overnight cure! You would have spent many years creating a toxic body and although the detoxification process will start straight away, it may take many months to fully detox and have a fully regenerated body but this does not mean that you will not see some instant results, most people do.

These are just some of the results you may experience, we are all different and our bodies will respond differently in different time scales. The thing to remember is to allow your body to respond to the changes without placing un-realistic expectations on it. For me, one of the major changes (other than weight loss) was found in my knee. I had had a knee condition for over 30 yrs which was more prominent during wet weather, during my first month, the problem disappeared, I cannot even tell you when the problem went, it just vanished and never returned. HVE regenerates the body, restoring it back to optimal health by feeding it the nutrients that it needs, not the foods YOU necessarily desire! There is quite often a huge difference between what we want and what we need. Our wants encourage us to live to eat, our needs encourage us to eat to live.
Whilst on HVE, you will not be eating cooked or processed foods! YEP it is a sacrifice in today’s world of food where gluttony, over-sized portions and foods saturated with either fats or sugars are the norm. I would say the norm for a guaranteed dysfunctional body!
When we eat for pleasure, we require so much more self-discipline to change our eating habits. So if you don’t eat to live, you may need to look at your relationship with food and what purpose it serves for you other than to keep you healthy. For many, food is a comfort, it gives us what we think we are lacking in other areas of our lives.
HVE is made up of salads, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, all of which are fresh and raw; you can juice them or eat them. You are not limited to how much you eat, but you do need to ensure you aren’t sticking with one type of food ie: nuts or fruit; we DO need balance. It is from eating a variety of HV foods that we will take in the necessary enzymes, minerals etc that we need to maintain a healthy body.
So in a nutshell: HVE consists of raw salads, vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds – if you can’t eat it raw, don’t eat it. HVE means:
- Nothing cooked or steamed
- Nothing processed so no oils, butters, cheese, meat products, fish products, eggs etc NOTHING!
- Organic if you can
- Raw nuts and seeds, which means NO salted or honey coated nuts and only.
- Nuts straight from the shells are even better.
- Ensure foods are adequately washed.
- Fresh Lemon Juice for dressing, NO salad cream, mayonnaise, dressings, oils, vinegar etc NOTHING!
- Fruit – Fresh fruit ONLY! No dried fruit (unless it has been sun-dried WITHOUT oil or other additives).
- Black Coffee – NO milk or sugar or substitutes, if you can go without the coffee, GREAT! No more than 3 x per day! OR
- Herbal Tea / Tea – The same with tea, nothing added, NOT even honey and no more than 3 x per day!
- Water – Where possible, drink Spring Water or at least filtered water.
- Alcohol – NONE !!!!!!!!
So What CAN I Eat?
