Enliven Me Massage Oil

Instructions

Prior to the massage, add the base oils to a glass bottle or glass pourer, add the essential oils and blend well.

When ready, pour a small amount of aromatherapy oil into the palm of one hand, rub palms together to warm the oil and commence your massage.
