1 RAW (untoasted / unroasted) Nori sheet
A good spoonful of raw Creamy Avocado Dressing (optional)
A handful of washed and prepared crunchy raw: Beansprouts, Carrots, Spring Cabbage, Red Pepper, Red Onion & Sweetcorn
Place the raw Nori sheet on a plate, smear a good spoonful of Creamy Avocado Dressing on 2/3rd’s of the sheet
Add a handful of washed and prepared raw vegetables (you can buy a pre-mixed bag that is ready to use if you prefer)
Slightly wet the end of the Nori sheet that doesn’t have the dressing, you just need to dip your finger in water and run it along the edge (this helps it to stick closed)
Roll like a normal wrap.
