This book isn’t based on facts it is based on the author’s findings in relation to her personal circumstances. She believes that we must all search our hearts and find our own way through the web of life with the understanding that what is right for one, may not be right for another.

In essence the purpose of this book is to help us all find and maintain well-being………Let us also remember that cancer doesn’t appear overnight, it has been said that cancer can take years to manifest in the body, some say 10 years before it will be evidenced in the body, others say 20 years; but if you are predisposed to cancer it is said to require less cells to mutate. So despite a healthy lifestyle, cancer was still trying to manifest in my body. This doesn’t mean that a healthy lifestyle and keeping fit makes no difference because I am sure it does. What I look at is how much worse things could have been had I not kept fit and healthy; for all I know, I may have died years ago had I not kept to a healthy lifestyle!

Still trying to get my head around it all. There is so much to read and remember, so much to change, sometimes I feel overwhelmed with it all. I have read it a couple of times now, I read it slowly because there are things in it I need to think about. After trying everything else on offer, I thought I would give this ago. I haven’t made all the changes but I am trying and it is helping so far. I don’t find change easy. W. H

WOW, don’t know where to start. Hard going in places, brought up lots of resistance in me because I know I need to change my diet but I don’t want to BUT I have made a start and can say I am seeing lots of positive results. The doctor is pleased with me for the changes I have made so that is good. It takes a long time to change life long habits but I am working on it. Your book is helpful, I’m not as strict as you are with food but I am seeing results and I feel a whole lot better. Jason B
